No air conditioning. Residential kitchenette (stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot), tables and chairs for 12, 2 pots, 2 frying pans, flatware & dishes for 30, covered balcony, covered porch, wheelchair accessible. 2 indoor bathrooms with 3 toilets, 2 sinks, 1 shower each. Washer and Dryer. Fire* ring and wood fire box with cut wood logs.

2 very small rooms, a bunk-bed in each, 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Potable water, Fire Ring and wood fuel upon request. Note: This unit is reserved for male and/or non-binary folks who want an indoor bathroom.
